Located in the scenic spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Emmaus overlooks the beautiful Valley Gardens which have won awards for many years for their beautiful floral arrangements. The gardens are easily accessible by both foot and wheelchair and many of our residents enjoy walking in the picturesque area.

A selection of local shops, including a chemist and post office, are located in very close proximity to the home, and the town centre of Harrogate is only a short walk away.

For those residents who are unable to leave the home on their own, staff are available for escorted walks to the Valley Gardens or the shops. We feel that it is important to encourage residents to stay active and mobile where possible and do what we can to assist in this regard.

Harrogate is accessible by both bus and train services, and is not far from the A1.
